Community Solstice Square Dance @ Stone Bend Farm

It’s been a busy (and frequently tough) minute. Let’s gather and send the year out in the best possible way — with fellowship, merriment, and dancing. All join hands — now more than ever! Community Solstice Square Dance @ Stone Bend Farm 196 Porter Hill Rd, Newfield Friday, December 20, 2024 Doors at 5:30 | Dance at 6:00 $10 donation suggested | NOTAFLOF* Our last dance of 2024 will be a joy! Our friend Sarah Gibson is coming in from New Hampshire to call dances and occasionally play banjo. She’s fantastic, and you won’t wanna miss this. (Marc Faris and Nancy Spero will call a couple too.) Broke Holler will saw down the tunes. Led by BH stalwart Liz Toffey on fiddle, the band will include Marc on banjo and Nancy on bass, as well as super-fantastic visiting guest musicians Nora Vaughan (fiddle) and Bridger Dunnagan (guitar, plus other things when Marc and Nancy are calling). Oh yes, oh yes!
